Chemical pregnancy

Pretty sure I'm having a chemical pregnancy :( went to dr today and the pregnancy test was VERY faint. The other two times I took the test they weren't faint. Also I hVe light spotting and some cramping :(. Dr took blood and getting blood taken again mon to see if my hcg levels increase . Praying but it doesn't look good. I don't feel pregnant! :( anyone have a chemical pregnancy that they cAn talk about?
