My head is going to pop

I need answers. I need to know whether I am pregnant or not and doctors appointment isn't till Monday. I feel like I'm going mad. I'm obsessing over everything and can't relax. Bfp on Sunday but on Tuesday day of expected period I had a small bleed and had brown discharge since - its now sat. Preg tests still showing positive. I need to know one way or the other. I feel emotionally drained :(
