Prenatals mess with anyone's cycle?

I'm trying to figure out what happened! I had signs of O last week even though my fertile window is supposed to be this week. Is is possible that my body is just regulating from all the new vitamins?

I would be thrilled if it was because I would love to ovulate on a normal day lol good news is, we covered it,regardless!
