Losing weight healthily

Hello ladies, I'm currently ttc and know that I need to lose weight to help. I've bought a blender and am currently trying a mixture of different smoothies with such things like spinach, carrot, banana, berries, natural yogurt and other healthy fruit and veg. I'm going to have one of these a day for my lunch. Is this ok and healthy or should I be having other things with it?
