During sex it's a huge turn on when my boyfriend spanks me, pins me down, chokes me, pulls my hair or is just rough with me. But I do have issues with depression and E.D.s are these problems anyway connected to my sexual preferences? If so is it a bad thing???

I think a lot of women like feeling dominated in bed. I often do. Sometimes I like feeling like the more dominant one as well. Just depends on my mood. I wouldn't start relating the depression you're having with those sexual tendencies. I think most women like spanking and feeling dominated.

I enjoy the same things, don't worry. And I also suffer with depression. Like when my SO grabs my throat and backs me against a wall and kisses me. Mm, nothing better. I think it's more about the fact that women, even if we don't admit it like when a man takes control. It shows drive and is such a turn on. Just don't let him take it too far. I.e leaving bruises.

I don't think wanting to be choked in order to reach sexual satisfaction is healthy. A little rough play is fine but being pinned down, having your hair pulled and then being choked... Its way too violent to be healthy. I think it's definitely linked to low self esteem and depression. It makes me think of women being abused and thinking they deserve it. Honestly, I find it very disturbing.
