I stimmed for 10 days (trigger on what would have been stimm day 11). My baseline scan showed 55 (!) androfollicles but only 21 became large enough to be measurable - 15 of those had mature eggs at the time of the retrieval. There were several more that just stayed small and never got above 10mm.
