Now that I know I'm pregnant I'm actually so scared about going into labour after watching a few of the "one born every minute" episodes ahhhh!! Scary stuff but very exciting at the same time ???!

Your body is made to do this!!! Speak to your health care provider about your birth plan early on as it may put your mind at ease to know what's going to happen. Remember that you have many choices for pain relief not to mention classes that can prepare you. Thee are also exercises like kegels and abdominal bracing to help get you ready. Whatever choices you make are the right ones for you. Preparation can't hurt! It's like training for a big race. At the end when the pain is gone, you have a beautiful baby!! Soo worth it!
