Lower back pain help!!!
Curious as to whether anyone else has or had severe lower back pain during their entire pregnancy. How did you ease it? I have tried hot baths, hot pads, icy hot, my hubs rubbing it, laying on my side and twisting, and nothing seems to relieve the pain :( Please help!
