As much as it hurts to say this, I think I had a miscarriage. I've been having severe cramps the last few days. TMI.... But a blood clot covered my entire tampon... I don't know what to say let alone do in this situation. Please help me ?

First, you need to calm down. The baby will feel the stress and it can possibly harm your child. What you need to do is pick up your phone, and call your doctor to set an appointment asap.

Ok, have you had a positive test and are you definitely pregnant? If yes, don't panic. I know it's difficult but sometimes this can happen. I had a huge blood clot at 5.5 weeks and of course cried my eyes out and stressed like crazy, I went in and baby was fine. I'm not 25weeks. If it turns out things aren't good then because it would be so early there would be nothing anybody can do. You do need to call your doctor tho.
If you havnt had a positive pregnancy test this is very normal for periods. They can change all the time and you can have clots.

Oh sweety, do not use a tampon when your pregnant, pads only! Just make sure to get to your doctor so he/she can help you figure out what's going on.

Go to the doctors!! If the pain gets worse you may have to go to the emergency room. Hoping all if we'll for you and baby but until you go to the doctors you won't know what's going on.
