I just had sex for the first time last night and I didn't know it was gonna happen and we weren't protected and according to my period tracker yesterday is when I was supposed to be ovulating and this happened at 3am and I took the morning after pill at like 12:30 this morning I'm only 16 should I be okay

You should be okay but need to be more responsible. Invest in some condoms or  spermicide. Also, possibly consider birth control. Better to be protected than scared.

Any time you have sex, you can get pregnant, even with protection.

Even with bc pills and a condom used together correctly, there is a small chance of pregnancy.

If you are going to have sex, start using protection. The morning after pill is somewhat effective, but I know people who have had children even after taking it. It is also not supposed to be used regularly (or even once a month) because it messes up your hormones. It does not abort a baby- it keeps implantation from occuring.
