Am I having too much sex?

I've read a lot on TTC and it mentions a lot about sex once a day. Currently I am having sex a lot more than once a day, not because I'm TTC but because I enjoy my SO too much. Is this a problem while TTC? I'm in my fertile window and doing it about 4 times a day on average. I'm very confused and hope someone can help

I got pregnant with my 1st kid having sex 2-5 times a day. I overly enjoy sex too lol. Your SO is producing new sperm every day so at least one of those orgasms will have the good load in it lol :-)

Sex as often as possible is the best way to get pregnant. 4 times a day is definitely not necessary.

The only thing is his sperm will be more diluted, but you're counter acting that with your frequency so don't worry about it.

You should have sex every other day to let your mans sperm build back up. ☺️

When TTC , yu are supposed to have sex every other day or every 2 days. If your man is ejaculation too many time ms he will have fewer sperm count at times with mostly fluid. The key to getting preg is having sex at least a day or two before yu ovulate because the sperm have to go thru capitalization which takes ab 10 hours after being inside the vagina and once your body does ovulate the egg lives for 12 hours. So it helps if the sperm is there waiting for the egg not vise versa meaning staying ahead of ur ovulation date.
