TTC for a year now

Nobody on here gives me any advice :( I've been taking clomid 100mg this month days 3-7. I've been doing opt's since cycle day 18 & I've had FIVE positives, all scattered out. But I had a + yesterday and this morning. And I'm suppose to start AF Dec 3rd or Dec 9th. Today is my cycle day 20. Took a hpt this morning and was BFN. Any advice? I'm having bad pelvic area pains today it even hurts to set down. Trying for our 2nd! Help!!!
