Back pain relief?

I am 26w1d and have terrible back pain to the point I can't sleep. I have a pregnancy pillow, but it doesn't help enough. Are there any safe meds to take for the pain OR to help me sleep? I just want one night of solid sleep. Desperate...

You might try seeing a chiropractor. I have a bad back already and now that I'm pregnant (23w) it's made it worse. Chiropractic helps a lot.
