How accurate is the emergency room urine pregnancy test?

Can it detect a few days before missed period? I'm 11dpo!

It still my be to soon since implantation can happen as late as 12dpo, so if it happened on the 12th day you wouldn't have been producing HCG when you went to the doctor. Also I just read that 20% of women wont get a positive test until after their missed period. Good luck!!

It's te same thing that you can get at te store for a dollar. Seriously, don't rack up hundreds of dollars for an ER visit when you can just buy a test for $1 at Dollar General or Dollar Tree. Good luck to you :)

Unless they drew blood then it's the same as a first response. (Was what I wad told by) Did they ever figure out why you were getting dizzy?
