Vegetarian and pregnant
Hi guys in my first tri. I googled all of my bornal nutrients I.e hemp protein powder, bee pollen, wheatgrass, spirilina. All bar spirilina is not safe. How do you get your nutrients? Also we eat a lot of meat free products. Soy products like quorn etc. Is this ok? All this don't eat is a lot of my diet :-/ but course I'll follow it
