What could this be

Took over 15 pregnancy test that all came back positive got a blood test done and it came back negative took test till period came and they were also positive got my period that was light and only lasted a day and a half first day light next day light brown barely there?

You probably had a chemical pregnancy.

Did the test get lighter as you got closer to your "period"? If so I would guess it might be a chemical pregnancy.
