Incorrect charting?

Hi all, I've been trying to do my bbt charting for the first time this month (ttc 13months and mc oct) I think I may be taking the temps incorrectly? Can anyone shed some light? Pic attached.

Most important thing is using a BBT thermometer and taking temp at exact same time everyday. Make sure you don't move or drink water before taking temp. As soon as my alarm goes off my thermometer is in my mouth and I lie perfectly still while it reads (takes 30-60 sec). I've attached mine thus far. Good luck and baby dust!
