Pulsing/heartbeat in uterus?

I've been feeling my heartbeat (not the baby's, obviously) whenever I lay down. Like my whole uterus area just pulses. Anyone else??

I've always felt that in my stomach & lower. I asked my dr once and he said it was because I'm so thin. Dunno if that's true or not ☺️
