BMI? A little freaked out..

It says that my BMI can effect conceiving and keeping a pregnancy now I am over my BMI which I guess is suppose to be 29 and I know I'm over weight but I was always overweight with both my little ones. Now I'm freaked out :(

Awwww maybe take your nervousness and focus it towards exercise? You can use it as a positive thing maybe to get in shape?
