When should I start taking prenatals?

We're trying for a baby in August 2015
These are the prenatals I would be taking by the way

I agree, the earlier you start getting prenatal vitamins and folic acid in your system the better off you will be.

You could start taking them now. They don't have anything in them that are bad for you. I have been taking them for about 8 months or more and we started trying 4 months ago.

My doctor told me that new research is showing that girls who take prenatals for a long period of time prior to pregnancy have less problems with morning sickness. Who knows if that's true but it certainly can't hurt! :)
