OH MY GOD PLZ HELP!

about 2 weeks ago me and my SO were having sex and I noticed it took him longer to he the condom ready and he did it behind a closed door in the bathroom. we were having sex and it was good and then he came and THERE WAS A HOLE IN THE CONDOM! I tried to get him out, but he grabbed me and held me and finally let go. idk if he knew there was a hole or not...
