Pregnancy?

I had sex two days before ovulation (that glow says), and two days after, both the withdrawal method, and I've been experiencing sore nipples (tender to touch), and I currently have a yeast infection (tmi, I know), but I was just wondering if any of you guys have experienced this, and if they are signs of early pregnancy, because my period is due Friday, and it's too early to test. thank you ?
