After teenage sex is it okay to be paranoid?

I've been using pretection but I was still thinking alittle. So I took a test and realized I was just paranoid. Is that okay?

Hahaha is too normal, i was paranoid too, cause i took a pill so my period get retarded ans i got some simptoms like i was pregnant so i did a test. But was just my thought? Just take care, chill out and have safe sex ok ❤️

Its normal i was 14 and on bc but was always freaking out about pregnancy i would get tests only for them to come out negative

Paranoia is normal when you've had sex but don't want to conceive... even though I'm on the pill, I get antsy sometimes if my period isn't exactly on schedule.

I had a surprise baby though while on antibiotics that interacted (deactivated) my birth control 5 years ago. That adds to the anxiety. Now I'm extra careful.

I'm not a teen and I've probably got the most protection I can get (Nexplanon + tubal ligation + condoms) and I'm still insanely paranoid to the point of frequent tears. I think you're normal, me... maybe not so much.
