Hot mammas-well, too hot :/
Anyone else dealing with being ridiculously HOT! I will be just fine & then BAM hot flash. It is like my neck & face are on fire. The rest of my body gets warm too...but I can literally feel the heat increase on the back of my neck. Any coping advice? Fans & stripping off clothing aren't always options. :)
