Pregnant and rides

Going to Disneyworld soon and I'm in my first trimester. I asked my drs office about not going on certain things she said I should be fine but wouldn't go on some rides if I were in my 2nd trimester. What is your input, would you go on all the rides (roller coasters too) or skip some? Obviously if I'm nauseous I won't be going on it at all.
