Working out!
So today I have decided to get on the ball of working out. I know I have spoken with some of you ladies about us gaining weight too fast. So I have came up with an exercise that we can do that won't kill us. Yesterday I started doing squats. Squats are great because they help during the delivery process. I did 50 yesterday but I did them in increments of 10 with a 40-60 sec rest inbetween each. It doesn't matter if you do them broken thru out the day either as long as you get them done. Today I play on adding 5 more. So I will be doing 55 today with a 15 minute walk. FYI ladies 15 minute walks equal to a mile. So try to get it in. It does not matter how fast or slow just walk for 15 minutes. Next week we will kick it up a little more. But for now let's just get in the habit of moving and get off the couch and outta bed.
