Worst sleep

Last night I peed at lease 7 times, everytime I got comfy and started to fall asleep only to wake back up to pee!!! And my boobs are def harder abd bigger! Crazyyyy lol I'll be 7 weeks on Friday!! Anyone else feeling there bodies changing?!
