So, the whole "New year New me!" Thing is close and to be honest i would like to be a few pounds lighter before the New Year events start. Especially because I'm a petite 5ft 2inch girl, I can't carry around a lot of extra curvyness :p I already got lotsa booty and thighs, so I tried the Celebrity slim which was great but now that I'm traveling I was tempted to try Herbalife but I heard it's terrible for ur liver and so I decided to eat 2 eggs in the morning, protein during day and salad before 6 and lots of water in between... Fingers crossed that it will help.. And plus, I hit the gym 4 times a week ( on and off, to be totally honest). So, dear beautiful ladies can u please write your diet secrets and help me out ?
