Having Issues

I apologize in advance if tmi , but I am 8 dpo and scheduled to start AF on dec 8th , but for the past day or so I have been having difficulty going #2 , I know that is a symptom of possible pregnancy but afraid to take a preg test don't want to be disappointed , never had a problem before , any suggestions
