Question about prenatal vitamins

I'm not pregnant but I was wondering if I took prenatal vitamins would it make my hair grow?? My hair grows so slow!!! I cut it bc I had dead ends and now it's dry and growing so slow!!! I tried biotin and it made my hair fall out!
