Is it normal

I had my last period the 24th of November and I haven't gotten a period since then. I took 2 home pregnancy test and they both came out positive. On my glow it says I'm 5 weeks and I see people having nausea and sore boobs and all I have gotten is a little bit of cramps in my ovaries it feels like but I don't know. My periods are very regular. And I'm worried that something is wrong or I just have the timing wrong
