Brownish discharge

OK I don't mean to give tmi but my period ended like two days ago & me and my bf did it right after my AF...but I'm still having spotting...& my stomach hurt really bad then I noticed that I had brownish discharge what does this usually mean? Is it possible for me to have gotten pregnant like right after my period...but I know symptoms wouldn't show up this early...I have one child & never experienced any of this with her...HELP!!
