Feeling so sick!

Omg im only 4 weeks pregnant just feel so nauseous constantly never had this with my first i felt sick with my misscarriage then later my son but this is awful havent been sick just feel it and sooooooo tired at 4 weeks ive got another 36 to go! My last pregnancy was 10 years sgo obviously being in my early 20's i could cope now at 33 i just want to curl up in a ball n sleep
