Nervous

I have unprotected sex but he doesn't cum at all or when he cums he pulls out a while or just before he cums. I've never had a scare before. But a week before my period my boobs normally swell and I am due for my period tomorrow and I have no signs of it. Am I just being paranoid do you think?
