Can not drinking enough water and being dehydrated cause your face to break out bad?

When I drink 100 or more ounces of water a day I don't break out as much as when I get 64 ounces... Water is amazing and very good for you. Most people aren't getting enough water, you need half your body weight (in pounds) in ounces of water! For example, someone who is 210lbs needs 105oz of water a day! Always get at least 8 cups (64oz) a day!

Your body is made of 70% water, so I can only imagine if you are dehydrated,you might have some skin issues.
