Confused!!

So according to glow (I'm not tracking at all!!) I've just started my fertile window.. Last night and this morning I had terribly sore boobs.. Like the worst pain I've ever felt and I've felt back pain and mild cramps.. Any of you lovely ladies have any idea what could be going on? With how painful my boobs were I instantly thought maybe I'm pregnant but that's totally impossible lol any other suggestions?
