How do you BBT?

bbt?" /> I'm new to this. The thermometer only has instructions for taking temperature orally. I thought temp was taken vaginally. The Internet says either way. Which do you do?

I thought the same thing when I started. Talked to my Dr he laughed at me and told me orally is how you take it. The thermometer is just like your normal one only shows tents also. You need to sleep about the same amount each night and take it at the same time each morning. Do not even sit up before taking it just reach for it and take your temp.

Anyone have a bbt chart that shows ovulation to conscription that they would be willing to share? I'm just interested in what bbt does when you conceive, especially during the ttw
