Losig weight.

Whenever i lose weight i always get to this stage where my body wont let my lose anymore.  
​Ive tried toning, fitness, cardio, muscle, allsorts! Everything! But it doesnt seem to drop. 
​Ive even done the 30 day shred. Still nothing. 
​Help? I wanna lose my little belly.
​Any advice is better than none.
