All about that bass??
Hey ladies! I went to my doctor today and reliezed I gained twenty pounds!! In the last two years! I did have a miscarriage last June (2013) so I relieze I gained some weight from being pregnant. I am 5'2 and weight 138! I relieze this isn't awful but it's all in my stomache and thighs, how do you guys work out and stay motivated to do it? Any ideas? I already work out at 30 minutes a day, anything I could do to boost it?
