Amniotic fluid issues

Hi! Went to the doc last night for an ultrasound and some other tests. I'm nearly 14 weeks along and my baby boy is growing just fine. However, there's little amniotic fluid for him so he's a bit cramped in there. Doc said this might be an issue but that there's still chances for things to right themselves if the baby starts routing the liquid to the  kidneys in the coming couple of weeks.
