Fear of pregnancy!

Hi, im a 21 year old woman who has been in a relationship with my fiancee for 4 years. 2 years ago we decided to try and have a baby. I was able to get pregnant but i lost the baby. We tried again later down the line and i had let another miscarriage. This past june around our anniversary we decided to try and have a baby. I found out i was pregnant but unfortunately had another miscarriage. Now Ive gotten on birth control without his knowledge because im scared of losing another baby. I just dont want to go through the hurt again. Do you think i should talk to him about my concerns and fear. I know he wants children but what if i cant give them to him?
