I dated a year with a 3 month engagement. I highly suggest dating at least 2 years!!!

My husband and I were teens when we got married. We had only officially dated for about 7 months. We will be celebrating our 13th anniversary in Feb.  :-)   Lots of ups and downs and getting to know each other over that time though.

We dated for 5 months then got engaged and then were engaged for 8 months. So we knew one another for a total of 13 months before we got married. I think it was perfect! I was so lucky to meet him and blessed to have things work out the way that they did

My husband and I were friends 7 months...dated 4 months and moved in together. He proposed August 2014 and we were married on Oct.24, 2014. So basically we knew each other almost a year and a half when we got married. So far it's pretty perfect...I know it sounds crazy but things just happened ?
