One day late bfp

So af was due this morning my cervix is still way high and tightly closed and I had a bfp yesterday. Faint but there. My question is I feel pressure in my uterus area. Like dull cramps but it's almost like Ijust need to go no. 2. Ik tmi. I have dysmentorrea. (sp) so I should be in lots of pain but I'm not. Also my breast aren't sore at all. They usually are. I guess I'm just trying to get validation that this is the real deal this time. Any suggestions help.
