Implantation?

I had some odd feeling cramping on 5 & 6 dpo.. They felt nothing like period cramps, it was more of a stretching/pulling kind of cramp but it was only on my left side. It would come and go and only lasted for those two days. I know that some women have implantation cramping. Because of the timing of the cramps and the fact that I've never felt cramps like that I thought it might be but I don't wanna get my hopes up. Has anyone else had cramps like that? ..and what happened did you get a BFP?
