Anyone dating a guy with bipolar disorder?

Hi, I'd like to have advices from people that is or have been dating a guy with bipolar disorder.. What to do? Please!

My husband had a diagnosis with bi polar when I met him 6 yrs ago. It's hard at times but I chose to look past it and get married and have kids with him. He's not on meds but he sees a therapist when he has a hard time to cope.

I'm bipolar, married with a 2 year old. Just be there for him, talk to him if he wants to, don't pry too much.

My boyfriend is bi polar also... It's Kind of hard to deal with the multiple personalities and mood changes. It puts a lot of stress on the relationship. We've been living together for almost two years now and I'm still trying to figure out ways to adjust.

My ex had bipolar disorder
It depends on the type of the disorder and the extent of it, mine turned out bad, he was on medication and he had stopped and I didn't know he has that disorder so one day he changed completely and started having very random conversations. It did get into the extent that he wouldn't let me get out of his sight and would think his brother fancied me so he wanted to hide me from most people. 
You just need to see what sorts he is and if u can manage the hard times as I believe there will be some hard times that I couldn't even imagine

I have dated two men with bipolar disorder, one who took medication and one who didn't and self medicated with alcohol. I, personally, would have a lot of trouble entering into another relationship with a bipolar partner just off the two relationships I was in. I was young and didn't fully understand the disorder. One ended terribly abusive and the other ended with the young man pronouncing he was gay only to change his mind a couple months later. Never did understand the gay thing, but that was something we couldn't "fix."

I have it was very bad he ended up abusive. He masked it with drinking. :(

4 years with him n finally gaved up..it can turn out abusive and if they don't get help is bad...I believe he is a good person but not a good man..
