Will cervix/vagina feel different if pregnant?

I'm two days to my expected period... and my cervix feels open? And my vagina feels different. Slippery and more open if that makes sense. Is this another way to see if I'm pregnant?...or none of that will matter? Thanks. :)

2 days to my expected period and from earlier mine was high firm and closed I believe. 12 dpo and still bfn. Hoping Aunt Flo doesn't show her face. Would love that as my Christmas present

In pregnancy the cervix feels very high up tightly closed and very soft . When I was pregnant with my first that's exactly how I felt it before my period was approaching and I ended up pregnant with my daughter

I'm 2 days late and mine is high soft and open and my CM looks like egg whites I'm not sure what that means so I'm fallowing ?

Cervical position is a bad way to tell pregnancy as it is in a completely different spot for every woman depending in the day really. Hopefully you'll get some answers so ok tho!!
