When to start testing OPKS

I'm new to opks when do you typically start them? Is FMU the best or any time of day?

Te first time I used them I started right after my period ended. Now I know it's not positive for me till cd 12-14 so I start on cd8-9 usually bc I don't want to miss it. And fmu isn't recommended. I think mid day/afternoon is best as Lon as u do to at the same time everyday. Hope it helps!

Start testing a couple days after af is gone until you do pick up a "rhythm"  and don't use fmu. I usually test at 2pm and once the line start getting darker i test again at 6pm
