Has anyone ever experienced this? I stopped the pill after 12 years back in October. I have since had one regular period (so I seem to have a regular cycle). However I have been feeling down/depressed/not myself in the last few weeks. I don't know what the cause is or if perhaps stopping the pill has something to do with it.
