Excruciating back pain

I'm only 4 weeks in & today I got some really strange "symptoms".  I thought I was having a MC. I got sharp pains in my vagina and then my back started hurting to the point the I was kicking & screaming! Also, vomited and a little nausea. I took Advil (tried so hard to avoid drugs but I was desperate) and the pain subsided within half an hour & hasn't come back yet. It's been about 6 hours now. Uhm... I thought back pain meant dull and uncomfortable, not debilitating! No idea what happened :/ Has this happened to anyone else?
