Period Cramps

Hey guys, I'm new here and don't really know how this works but my period cramps are unbearable. I usually take ibuprofen and it works perfectly but this time nothing's really working well. My heating pad on my back kinda helps my cramps but I'm in so much pain. I was wondering if anybody knows of any fast acting pain reliever or anything I can do to help minimize my cramps? Thank you!
